This Refund Policy is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Refunds and returns are offered at the sole discretion of Jemartwork.ca, in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this website.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your artwork. Please review our return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Artwork must be returned in original packaging.

Artwork must be returned in original condition and quality.

2. Condition of Artwork

If the artwork is returned in its original quality, a full refund may be issued.

Any damage, alterations, wear, or changes in quality may result in:

  • Fees deducted from the refund, or

  • A partial refund, or

  • No refund, depending on the condition.


Condition will be assessed upon return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Commissioned artwork is final sale once the painting has been accepted by the client.

Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Damaged During Shipping

If your artwork arrives damaged:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. A claim must be filed with UPS by us, the sender. 

 

Keep all original packaging, do not throw anything away as UPS will need to inspect the damaged package for a claim.

Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or refund. See Shipping policy for more detail. 

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the artwork is received and inspected.
